The Forward Progress Foundation was formed in honor and memory of Devin Lee Topps.  Born on July 21, 1992, Topps graduated Kentridge High school and received a 4 year athletic scholarship to Eastern Washington University.  It was Devin’s dream to continue his education and athletic abilities at a higher level.  On October 31, 2010, Devin’s dream and life were taken due to a random act of violence.  During Devin’s wonderful life, he motivated and inspired people of all ages.  As a strong leader among his peers, Devein mentored classmates, teammates, friends and family.  He was determined in staying focused on his goals and encouraged those around him in pursing their desires and dreams.  At Forward Progress Foundation we are committed in honoring Devin by continuing his dreams.  By providing youth with the resources and support needed to explore their interests and talents, we are helping youth reach their potential and achieve their goals.
